1:1 or group coaching options available
Movement coaching will typically include bouldering and roped climbing with feedback and guidance tailored to the individual; the scope can be vast but some areas to consider are:
- Weight transfer
- Exemplary footwork
- Twist lock
- Finding and maximising rest positions
- Ideal use of handholds
- Route reading and planning
- Tackling slopers
- Tackling steep ground
- Psychological factors (stress and fear mitigations)
Sessions will run at a wall of your choice or by agreement, typically this will require registration with the wall though this will be clarified on booking.
If you have specific aims or areas which you feel require development please provide details when booking.
Coaching sessions are intensive and it is generally recommended these be 1-2 hours
